My wife, one-year-old son, and I had an absolutely amazing long weekend at Valley View. The accommodation surpassed our expectations with its well-appointed kitchen that had everything we needed for our cooking adventures. We were particularly impressed with how clean everything was, especially since cleanliness is essential to us with a crawling infant. The highlight of our stay was definitely the evening campfire under the starry sky – it was an unforgettable experience. The only downside was that we couldn't extend our stay because Valley View is in high demand. I highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway.

My wife and I had an amazing weekend getaway at Valley View in Lake Cowichan. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - cozy, clean, and peaceful. We loved the stunning view of the surrounding mountains from the living room windows. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed playing Scrabble and sipping on beers while taking in the gorgeous scenery. The extra touches like the abundance of books and games added a special touch. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful garden with patio furniture where we spent relaxing evenings. The location was perfect, just minutes away from town. The binder of tourist information provided was very helpful in exploring new walking and hiking trails. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the accommodation, especially during these times. And let's not forget the highlight of our stay - the evening campfire under the starry sky. It was truly a memorable experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but it's no surprise that Valley View is quite popular. I highly recommend this place for a perfect stay in Lake Cowichan.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a cozy accommodation near Lake Cowichan. The suite was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the valley. The host, Leslie, was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The suite opened up to a lovely garden where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect getaway for a couple of nights, with plenty of books and games available for entertainment. The cleanliness of the accommodation was top-notch, which was especially important to me as I had my one-year-old son with me. I felt completely at ease knowing that the space was well-maintained. One highlight of my stay was sitting around the campfire in the evening, gazing at the stars. It was a unique experience that made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

Great stay for Easter weekend to explore the surroundings. the accommodation was just like the pictures, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We had a fun evening playing games and enjoying the view of the mountains through the living room windows. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hosts were friendly and down-to-earth.
Couldn't find any negatives about this place. Everything was as advertised, if not better.

The suite we stayed in was nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It was also conveniently located near the town, making it easy to access restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful host who made sure we had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the suite. It seemed like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
